If the transaction is showing as pending or has failed, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation from your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank app and send it to 666c support via live chat. 666c does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider — whether that is JazzCash, your bank, or another service — may apply their own standard transaction charges. These are outside of 666c's control. The exact fee information will be shown by your payment provider before you confirm the transaction.
Withdrawals

Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR you want to withdraw, and confirm with your registered mobile OTP. Funds are typically sent within a few hours, though bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of the request being confirmed. Bank transfers typically complete within one to two working days depending on the receiving bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than 48 hours without an update, contact live support with your transaction reference number.

Common reasons include unmet bonus wagering requirements, incomplete identity verification, the withdrawal method not matching the one used for the deposit, or the requested amount being below the minimum threshold. Your account transaction history will show a reason code for rejected withdrawals. If the reason is unclear, contact support and the team will explain exactly what needs to be resolved before the withdrawal can proceed.

In-play betting — also called live betting — lets you place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds update in real time as the game develops. For cricket, this means you can bet on things like the result of the current over, next wicket, or team total while a PSL or T20 match is live. It adds a different dimension to watching cricket compared to betting only before the game starts.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the decimal odds at the time you placed the bet. For example, a PKR 500 bet at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 1,250 (PKR 750 profit plus your original stake). Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically once the event result is confirmed, usually within minutes of the match or event ending.

In most cases, bets cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. The exceptions are if the event is cancelled by the organiser, a match is abandoned without a result, or there is a clear and verifiable error in the odds that was not fair to either party. In these situations, stakes are returned automatically. If you believe there has been an error with a specific bet, contact support with the bet reference number.

New members who register and make their first deposit receive a welcome bonus on top of their deposited amount. The bonus is added to your account automatically after the deposit clears. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement must be met — this means the bonus amount needs to be bet a certain number of times at qualifying odds. A wagering requirement is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus money becomes available for withdrawal. Progress is tracked automatically in your bonus dashboard and updates with each qualifying bet settled.

All bonuses at 666c have an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days from activation depending on the offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from the account. The expiry date for each active bonus is clearly shown in your bonus section. Make sure to check your bonus status regularly so you do not lose track of active offers.

Visit the App page on the 666c website to find the download link for Android and iOS. For Android, you will download an APK file directly — make sure to enable "Install from unknown sources" in your phone settings before installing. For iOS, follow the instructions on the App page.
